Dear Patients
I understand some of you have had access issues with the Patient Access App. Our team have been working to resolve the issue. Changes have been made via our IT network and I am hopeful the App is fully operational. Please follow these steps to use Patient Access.
- Uninstall the App
- Reinstall the App
- Log in from the start – not via a saved log in
- Check you have full access to the service
