Care navigators

Our reception team are trained Care Navigators. This means they will ask you some questions about the reason for your appointment. This is so we can ensure you see the right person first. There are many services you can self-refer to which means you do not need a GP appointment, and you may be seen quicker. Please help us to help you by being patient with our receptionists whilst they try to deal with your query efficiently.
