Engage Consult should not be used for medical emergency such as severe chest pain, loss of consciousness or profuse bleeding – in an emergency call 999 or got to Accident and Emergency.
Appointments
We do not book appointment via Engage Consult therefore please telephone the surgery if you wish to book appointment.
Repeat prescriptions
Please do not send request for repeat prescription via engage consult; instead you can use NHS APP, patient access or email to surgery with your prescription request.
How to use Engage Consult
Completing an Engage Consult questionnaire allows us to quickly and safely decide on the best way to help you, your child or an adult in your care. Please submit a separate query for each patient. If the patient is a child and you are concerned they may have an infection, do not use Engage Consult, you must call the surgery to request an appointment.
If you create an account for Engage Consult, you can also receive replies online, rather than by phone.
