Aims of the Patient Participation Group
The practice has a Patient Participation Group to promote communication between ourselves and Saxon House Surgery patients, and contribute to the continuous improvement of services we offer.
The practice welcomes patient’s views and would like as many patients as possible to participate in our Patient Group.

We would like to hear your views.
By providing your email details we can add them to a contact list that will mean we can contact you by email every now and again to ask you a question or two and feedback on any changes / improvements made as a result.
We can also email you the dates of the forthcoming Patient Participation meetings held at the surgery which you may wish to attend and discuss ways of improving patient care.
